In Verdeex we are green at heart, we are aware of our impact on the environment, therefore we have identified our carbon footprint, our goal for 2023 is to reduce it to 6 tons equlv.

The main action to be taken by the organization is the connection to the power interconnection system of the municipality; once connected to the grid, the generation plant, which runs on diesel, will no longer be used as a source of energy. At this moment, the process is advanced and the connection has been authorized by the public utilities.

Another fundamental action to be carried out is to identify transportation providers that have mobility equipment that operate with minimum EURO 5 systems for diesel transportation, as well as gas and/or electric vehicles.

Improve the processes of separation at the source and the use of waste generated at the plant during activities (Circular Economy).
