The yellow passion fruit is an aromatic fruit that has a hard, smooth shell that, when ripe, becomes rough. The shape of this fruit is round or oval and, inside, it is full of a viscous pulp of a bright yellow color with abundant small black seeds. Its flavor is sweet and slightly acidic. It measures between 4 and 10 cm in diameter.
